Daylight Savings Time

Commanders!

As Daylight Saving Time comes to an end in different regions, some event and activity start times will shift by one hour:

EU

• Starting October 25, recurring Daily and Weekly Events, Daily Goals, and Activities such as Territory Capture will begin one hour earlier.
• Arc Events will continue to start at their usual time of 16:00 UTC.

US

• Starting November 1, clocks will move back one hour. Daily Goals, recurring Daily and Weekly Events, and Activities will begin one hour earlier.
• Arc Events will continue to start at their usual time at 9:00 AM PST.

APAC

• Daily and Weekly Events, Daily Goals, and Activities times will remain the same, but Arc related Events will start one hour earlier as most regions in APAC do not observe Daylight Saving Time.

• The team is currently investigating a scoring issue with the Recruit SMS Ticketed Event. Acquiring Transporter Patterns is not scoring as intended and has been removed from the scoring description.
• Spending Transporter Patterns still counts toward scoring, and we will provide an update on the issue with acquiring Transporter Patterns when more information becomes available.

Division 12 Known Issues Update

We are following up with several of the issues that the team is continuing to work on a fix for.

Issues Under Investigation

Missing Territory Services

• While the team continues to work on the Territory Services issues, we wanted to let players know that we will be issuing compensation once a solution is implemented.

Incorrect Mining Timer

• The team is investigating reports of mining timers displaying incorrect completion times. Players may notice that the remaining mining time does not accurately reflect the amount of resources left in a node and their current mining rate.

Reminder

Missing Battle Pass Points

• There was an issue that occurred yesterday where some players may not have received the full amount of Battle Pass Points after completing a Battle Pass event. If you believe you are still missing Battle Pass Points from October 15, please contact Customer Support for assistance.

Division 12 Known Issues

We are sharing an update on several issues reported following the launch of Division 12.

Resolved Issues

Missing Borg Sphere Parts

• We have resolved an issue where Borg Sphere Parts were missing from the Battle Pass Exchange for some players.

Incorrect Battle Pass Link

• The team has resolved an issue where the Division 12 Battle Pass links to the Wave Defense Pass instead of the Division 12 Battle Pass. The correct Division 12 Battle Pass will be sent to impacted players.

Issues Being Investigated

Missing Territory Services

• Reports of missing Particle Territory Services and other previously available services have been raised with the team for investigation.

Missing Battle Pass Points

• We are aware of an issue where players may not receive the full amount of Battle Pass points after completing an event. The team is investigating. If the issue does not resolve after restarting, please contact Customer Support for assistance.

Division 12 Patch Notes Updates

COW Returns - Updates Section

• Crucible of War will be returning on November 2.

Rose Harper Officer Group - New Officer Section

• The Division 12 Patch Notes incorrectly listed the new Rose Harper Officer as part of the SNW group and has been updated. The correct group is Villains, as displayed in-game.

DONE Button Fix - Bug Fix Section

• The team is aware that the previously announced fix for the DONE button becoming unresponsive after bulk claiming chests is not working as intended. The issue is being investigated further.

Clarification:

• The New Updates to the G7 Multiphasic Exchanges in the What's in Division 12 section has been updated to clarify that it will be coming later in this release.

We identified an issue where the Kir'shara queue resets when certain game actions happen, such as recalling a ship other than the one with Kir'shara, briefly losing connection, or encountering unexpected connection issue.

Our team is actively working on a fix. In the meantime, please be aware that recalling other ships or experiencing brief connection drops may interrupt your active Kir'shara queue.

On October 15th, the next release arrives just in time for Halloween: Division 12.

This release will include events and missions exploring some of the darker and more mysterious corners of the Star Trek universe. Follow Starfleet's Division 12 as they investigate strange phenomena that defy scientific explanation and uncover mysteries that even Starfleet's brightest minds have yet to solve.

Unlock new refits for specialty and faction ships, explore new Battle Pass rewards, and take part in the Skin of My Enemies event series to earn exclusive rewards and more!

More information will be coming on October 15. Until then, keep your eyes open, Commanders. And remember, some mysteries are better left unsolved...

The Voyage Across the Void (Meta) - AMS event did not launch today at its intended run time. We apologize for the inconvenience as the event is now visible in game.

We will be sending out a compensation chest in the next 30 minutes.

Players operations level 20-60 will receive 3 WOK Carol and SNW Sam Kirk shards. Players operations 61+ will receive 3 shards of Toryn and Trelane.

Claiming this chest will also score 100 points towards the Voyage Across the Void (Meta) AMS and SMS events.

While we finish running the script to resolve the issue that caused Alliance Tournament rewards to be delayed, we wanted to let you know that we will be sending out a compensation chest later this week containing the following items:

• 11,000 Alliance Tournament Credits
• 11,000 Legendary Alliance Tournament Credits
• 2,000 Alliance Tournaments Sigma Refresh Credits

Also, we wanted to remind you that the next Alliance Tournaments begins on Friday, October 9, and the Alliance Tournaments Store will remain open through the end of the run.

Hey Commanders,

We have an update regarding Territory Capture services, specifically concerning the Kelcie Mae Blueprints service.

While TC services are spawning based on chance, the Kelcie Mae Blueprints service did not spawn across all expected zones as often as intended. The service was functional, but the spawn chance was lower than what players expected.

To ensure everyone gets fair access, we are adjusting the service for the upcoming season:

• Guaranteed Spawn: During the next TC service rotation on November 1, 2026, the Kelcie Mae Blueprints service will be guaranteed to spawn in each T2 and T3 zone.
• Future Rotations: Following November's TC service rotation, on December 1, 2026 and after, the service availability will go back to its regular chance-based rotation.

We are also updating our Territory Capture Services FAQ to provide clearer details on how service rotation works moving forward.

We have identified a solution to the missing Alliance Tournament rewards. Tomorrow, on Mon, 05 Oct 2026 11:00:00 GMT we will deploy a fix that will resolve the issue by directly granting missing rewards to your account. You will not have to redeem a chest or reward, but instead missing rewards and Emerald Chain XP will be automatically put into your inventory. We will extend the Alliance Tournament Store so that it will remain open from now, until the end of the next Alliance tournament. Thank you for your patience as we resolve this issue.

We have released a client update that  addresses the issue where the attack button was greyed out when attempting to attack other players' ships.

The Android and PC updates are already available, and the game should be updated on those platforms.

We would like to follow up regarding the performance issues that interrupted scoring in final moments of multiple SLBs last week.

We have prepared compensation chests containing rewards for the events that were impacted.

These chests will be sent to eligible players who participated and scored in the events listed below.

Rank 4-5 Rewards for G3-G6 players and Rank 5 rewards for G7 Players for the following Events:

Rank 6-10 Rewards for G3 - G6 players and Rank 5 rewards for G7 Players for the following Events:
